Refund policy

Return policy – 14 days

If you are not 100 % happy over your purchase, then of course we are here to assist you. You will receive refund of Jewelry cost which was paid on our website, but we will deduct courier cost which was spent sending package to you.

We offer 14 days return from the day you receive your order.  You need to return the Jewellery in same condition as you received it.

We understand that you need to try the Jewelry, try it on once for a short moment and then carefully put it back in the package.

Before returning the package to us:

  • Write us an email and inform about it, write to himlamayagems@gmail.com.
  • We will respond your mail within 48 hrs and confirm the return.
  • You as a customer are responsible to pay the courier charges returning the item to our postal address in Trollhättan in Sweden.
  • You as a customer are responsible that it reaches our postal address in Trollhättan, therefore it is important that you send us an email informing us about the traceable number of your package.  We will only receive a return package with traceable number on it.
  • When your package is received and confirmed by us, then the process of refunding will start and it will take the required time KLARNA Bank need to refund your payment.
  • We will keep you update in this process over email.

Note !

For abroad customers, it might apply extra fees and custom duty's returning your Jewellery package to Sweden, it depends on the value of Jewellery purchased by you.

Here are the following things to do when returning our Jewellery:

  1. Send us an email at himlamayagems@gmail.com , inform us about it, and write the order reference number of your purchased item. This reference number is written on the packing slip sent by us.
  2. We will respond within 48 hrs and confirm your email.
  3. Send the Jewellery package to our POSTAL ADDRESS: To
