Shipping policy

Shipping is easy and your package will soon reach you!

• Your order will be sent with Post Nord from our Postal address in Sweden to customers in Sweden and for customers outside Sweden we use UPS and DHL.
• Your parcel will be delivered by the courier company to your nearest collection point at your destination address.
• The packing slip of your order will be sent by email to customers in Sweden and for abroad customers, it will be sent with your jewelry package.
• We normally send your parcel within 24 hrs but it can also take up till 48 hrs during working days from Monday till Friday.
• All our shipments are traceable shipments and you will receive the shipping information on your email.
• The delivery time within Sweden is normally between 1 till 3 days.
• Delivery time for abroad depends on which country and location, but normally it takes between 7 till 14 days.

Note! If your parcel is not collected by you at the collection point and is sent back to us, then we will charge you an additional fee of 350 SEK, this is the fee for handling and postage expenditures.

All local taxes are included on purchases made on our website within Sweden.

For abroad customers, local taxes/fees may apply in your country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay additional taxes/fees in your country.
